On Friday, 27 February 2015 I gave a presentation at the NSW.net Digital Engagement and User Experience Seminar at the State Library of NSW.
I discussed some of the data available in Google Analytics that we use at Sutherland Shire Libraries to determine what people do on our website, and how that informs what we do to make the website and the experience of using our library better for those users.
This is a version of the talk that I recorded as I was getting ready to give the presentation.
